|
2.1 Magnesia-Chromite Brick |
|
|
This product uses dead burned magnesite and chromium oxide as
raw materials and is made through high pressure shaping and high temperature firing. It is
characterized by low heat expansion coefficient, good thermal shocking resistance and anti-corrosion
performace, which is widely used in
open hearth furnace, cement rotary kiln and other industrial furnaces.

2.2 Direct-Bonded Magnesia-Chromite Brick
|
|
This product uses dead burned magnesite and chromium oxide as
raw materials and is made through high pressure shaping and high temperature firing. It is
characterized by large crystal size in the internal structure, high
direct binding rate and good resistance to cracking. It is an ideal
brick lining material for refining furnaces, electric arc furnaces,
glass melting kilns and cement rotary kilns, in virtue of being low
alkali and neutral, thus of good resistance to slag corrosion in low
acid furnace charges. |

3.
Magnesia-Alumina Brick |
It uses dead burned magnesite as main
raw material adding some industrial grade aluminium oxide or bauxite (Al2O3≥90%) through processes of blending, shaping and firing in tunnel kiln. Its matrix (ground mass) is mainly periclase - magnesia-alumina spinel. It is featured by
very good property of anti-spalling and mostly used in the roof of open hearth furnace and high temperature position of other industrial furnaces.
